Ambit Energy Expands to Japan

U.S. retail energy provider, today announced that it has expanded into
Japan, the company’s first international market.

The Japanese retail electricity market was fully deregulated on April 1,
2016. Its 84 million residential and small commercial customers
represent a more than $70 billion annual revenue opportunity for Ambit
and is the largest single electricity market deregulation in history.
