CINCINNATI–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Donovan Energy, a leading provider of clean energy solutions, has added Susana Tolentino to its growing team as Finance Specialist. Tolentino joins the firm from Cincinnati-based Urban Sites, where she served as Director of Mixed-Use Development and managed $50 million in real estate projects.
As Finance Specialist, Tolentino will oversee Donovan’s portfolio of finance and consulting offerings, facilitating the use of Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) along with state and federal tax incentives to finance clean energy projects for clients nationwide.

A graduate of Xavier University, Tolentino brings more than a decade of commercial and residential real estate experience to Donovan Energy, with an expertise in energy efficiency projects. She previously worked as Development Officer for 3CDC, project managing high-profile deals that included everything from a $17 million new housing development to the $145 million renovation of the historic Cincinnati Music Hall.
Tolentino earned an associate degree from New York University in addition to her Bachelor of Science from Xavier University. She will be attending the University of Cincinnati College of Law starting this fall. Tolentino is passionate about the great outdoors and spends as much time exploring as she can.
