office, providing regular support to clients in New York City,
Philadelphia, Washington D.C., and elsewhere. Glenn holds bachelorÔÇÖs and
masterÔÇÖs degrees from Cornell University and a Ph.D. from Harvard
University. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the District of
Columbia.
