acquisition of Die-Mold Tool Limited, effective March 31, 2018. The
Ontario, Canada based company is a manufacturer of plastic PEX and other
plumbing related fittings and an integrated designer and manufacturer of
plastic injection tooling.

This acquisition supports Mueller’s strategy to grow and strengthen its
flow control product offerings in the area of pressure plastics.

Mueller Industries, Inc. is an industrial manufacturer that specializes
in copper and copper alloy manufacturing, while also producing goods
made from aluminum, steel, and plastics. It is headquartered in Memphis,
Tennessee and is comprised of a network of operations in the United
