announced that it will release its financial results for the third
quarter ending September 30, 2017 after the close of market on
Wednesday, November 8, 2017. Silver Spring Networks will not conduct an
earnings conference call due to the proposed acquisition of Silver
Spring Networks by Itron, Inc.
