USD Partners Announces Fifteenth Consecutive Quarterly Distribution Increase to $0.36 Per Unit and Fourth Quarter 2018 Earnings Release Date

HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--USD Partners LP (NYSE: USDP) (the “Partnership”) announced today that the Board of Directors of its general partner declared a quarterly cash distribution of $0.36 per unit for the fourth quarter of 2018 ($1.44 per unit on an annualized basis), representing an increase of $0.0025 per unit or 0.7% over the prior quarter and 2.9% over the fourth quarter of 2017. The distribution is payable on February 19, 2019, to unitholders of record at the close of business on February 11, 2019.


Fourth Quarter 2018 Earnings Release Date and Conference Call Information

The Partnership plans to report fourth quarter 2018 financial and operating results after market close on Wednesday, March 6, 2019.
