Chevron Al Khalij announces brand refresh

Chevron Al Khalij said its premium range of motor oils under the Caltex Havoline brand is now being manufactured in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

The company has also refreshed its passenger car motor oils product line with a complete new label design that provides a premium and differentiated look and feel.

As part of the brand refresh, all synthetic products have been rebranded with ProDS, which emphasises the professional-level deposit shield protection that is provided.

“Given the proven track record of Havoline with Deposit Shield® Technology in maintaining engine performance, preserving engine life and maximising fuel economy, we felt a need to emphasize the unique propositions of our premium products,” said Adriaan J. de Kok, area business manager, Gulf and Middle East.

“We believe that there is scope for increased sales of the synthetic range in comparison to conventional products in the GCC market,” he added.

The new label designs focus on highlighting the benefits of protection provided by the fully synthetic range of Havoline. The brand’s promise of “Protect What Matters,” is reinforced by the larger shield icon on the label.
