Chevron Lubricants Lanka appoints Rochana Kaul as chairperson

Chevron Lubricants Lanka PLC, Sri Lanka’s leading lubricant company, has appointed Rochana Kaul as director and chairperson effective August 1, 2017, succeeding Farrukh Saeed, who has retired from Chevron Lubricants after 34 years with the company.

Kaul is general manager of Chevron Lubricants Asia/Pakistan region based in Singapore. She is responsible for the sales and marketing of finished lubricants and coolants in Indonesia, Malaysia, Pakistan, Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Thailand and Vietnam.

Before this assignment, she was general manager, Chevron International Products, based in South Africa, along with several global and regional marketing and sales positions in lubricants across the Asia Pacific region and the Americas. Rochna has a total of 13 years of experience across a variety of business disciplines at Chevron.

She has a Bachelor of Economics Degree and a Masters in Business Administration.

Chevron Lubricants Lanka PLC, which is based in Colombo, Sri Lanka, is engaged in blending, manufacturing, importing, distributing and marketing lubricating oils, greases, brake fluids and specialty products in Sri Lanka. Chevron Lubricants Lanka PLC markets its products under the Chevron, Caltex and Texaco brands.
