CME to distribute Phillips 66 lubricants in UAE

U.S.-based Phillips 66 has named Central Motors & Equipment (CME) an authorised dealer and marketer of Phillips 66 Lubricants in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). This distributor agreement, which is a first for Phillips 66 in the UAE, will start this month.

Bryan Faria, Phillips 66 manager of finished lubricants, said, โ€œThe positive business climate in the UAE provides strong growth potential for premium products like Phillips 66 Lubricants that are made in the USA, and being associated with a well-respected and customer-service focused organization like CME will help to fuel our success in this region.”

Bilal Al Ribi, general manager of CME, said that this partnership promises growth for CME because โ€œwe will be catering to a larger client of enterprises โ€“ particularly in the oil, gas, petroleum and construction sectors โ€“ as well as individuals who have a flair for strong and powerful vehicles.โ€

CME will market Kendall Motor Oil for petrol and diesel engines, high-performance Kendall transmission fluids, as well as a full selection of 76 Lubricants branded commercial and industrial lubricants and greases.

CME is a member of the Al Fahim Group, and has four divisions, including Tyres, Automotive Parts, Service and Power Tools. It has outlets in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Sharjah and Dubai.

Phillips 66 is a diversified energy company headquartered in Houston, Texas, U.S.A. Its lubricant brands include Conoco, Phillips 66, 76 Lubricants and Kendall Motor Oil.
