CSW Industrials Inc. announces senior management changes

CSW Industrials, Inc. announced several organizational changes that will consolidate and enhance the senior management team effective January 2016. Headquartered in Dallas, Texas, CSW Industrials is a diversified industrial growth company with a portfolio of industry-leading businesses in three segments: Industrial Products; Coatings, Sealants & Adhesives; and Specialty Chemicals.

Craig Foster will assume the role of senior vice president and general manager of the specialty chemicals division based in Dallas, Texas. He will have full P&L responsibility for this business segment, and will also have administrative responsibility for Whitmore and Jet-Lube. Foster was most recently vice president and general manager, Elastomers Division at Zeon Chemicals.

Don Sullivan was promoted to senior vice president and general manager of the industrial products division. Previously, he was chief operating officer for RectorSeal.

Mark Lee assumed the role of senior vice president and general manager of the coatings sealants and adhesives division and will be based in Houston, Texas.

David Smith, who has served as president and CEO of RectorSeal since 1990, was promoted to the position of senior advisor to the chairman of the board of CSW Industrials.

A spin-off of Capital Southwest Corporation, CSW Industrials was formed in 2015 to help maximize shareholder value for current holdings and acquire companies that can benefit from well-established, scalable platforms and deep domain expertise. The companies in its portfolio—RectorSeal, Whitmore, Jet-Lube, Strathmore, Smoke Guard and Balco—manufacture, distribute and sell hundreds of industrial products, many of which are leaders in their respective industries. These products include mechanical products for heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) and refrigeration applications; coatings and sealants; and high-performance specialty lubricants.
