ExxonMobil Mexico appoints new leadership

ExxonMobil Mexico has announced the appointment of Solid Pérez as its new president and general director, effective immediately. Pérez, who has been with ExxonMobil for 30 years, brings extensive experience in commercial operations, supply chain management, and strategic innovation across Latin America and the United States.

“I am honoured to join the ExxonMobil Mexico team and continue building on the strong foundation established by my predecessor, Bill Eisner,” Pérez stated. “I look forward to collaborating with our talented team to drive operational excellence and create value.”

Pérez succeeds Bill H. Eisner, who successfully led ExxonMobil Mexico for five years. Previously, she served as commercial operations manager for LVC in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where she spearheaded initiatives to enhance efficiency and optimise operations on both regional and global scales.

Throughout her career, Pérez has held key positions, including supply chain manager for Latin America, retail fuels manager in the Southeastern United States, and sales operations manager for the Americas. A graduate of the National University of Colombia with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, she has lived in multiple locations across the United States and Latin America.

Her appointment underscores ExxonMobil’s commitment to innovation and collaboration while strengthening its presence in Mexico’s energy market.
