The electrification process of vehicles is underway and there is no going back. As a major lubricant supplier globally, Total is already active in the electric mobility and has invested substantially in R&D to provide fluids that meet the new technical requirements of electric powertrains.
With the launch of TOTAL QUARTZ EV-FLUID range Total has confirmed its position as a pioneer on e-mobility.
Thus, the introduction of electrical components drives the need for further understanding of fluid electrical properties and its compatibility with the new materials involved.
Taken into consideration these aspects, this presentation will show how some fluids of the TOTAL QUARTZ EV-FLUID range are behaving on some major properties in comparison to reference fluids used in the market.
