Chevron Oronite to sponsor and participate in ILMA Spring Meeting Town Hall

SAN RAMON, Calif., April 8, 2019 – Chevron Oronite is a gold sponsor of the Independent Lubricant Manufacturers Association (ILMA) spring meeting, which is taking place April 11-13, 2019, at Hotel del Coronado in Coronado, CA.

The company is also sponsoring the ILMA Town Hall Lunch Session, which is taking place on Friday, April 12 at 11:45 a.m. where Matthew Hauschild, OEM & industry liaison, Heavy-Duty Engine Oils, Chevron Oronite, will participate in the panel discussion. He will be discussing heavy-duty engine oils (HDEOs) and the impact of stricter emissions, noise requirements, electrification, and hybridization on commercial vehicles. Hauschild will also explore the outlook around next generation category development, HDEO test availability and/or obsolescence.

In launching ILMA Engage, ILMA has re-defined its spring meeting format by developing ILMA Talks, which will showcase more excellent speakers; ILMA Town Hall, which will feature industry experts who will give updates on important issues; and ILMA Conversations, which will allow for a more informal setting to engage featured speakers. Since 1948, ILMA has been the voice of member companies that produce more than a quarter of the nation’s automotive lubricants.
