Chevron Oronite to sponsor & present at F&L Week

Raj Padmanabhan, product line manager, Automotive Engine Oils & Viscosity Index Improvers, Chevron Oronite Pte. Ltd., will be giving a presentation titled Heavy Duty Engine Lubrication and Challenges with China VI and India BS VI implementation on March 6, 2019 at 3:40 pm. “During this talk, we will share the work done so far to meet China VI and BS VI needs; a comparison of engine and fleet service data; the development of additive and lubricating oil technologies and formulations; field performance data from China and India; the challenges and next steps,” said Padmanabhan.

Teri Crosby, global product line manager, Automotive Engine Oils, Chevron Oronite, will be participating in a panel session focused on electric vehicles (EVs). Her particular presentation, which takes place on March 6, 2019 at 4:05 p.m., will discuss the potential impact of EV penetration on the lubricants and additives market in terms of both passenger car motor oil demand and the possible opportunities that evolving EV technologies may present for the industry.

Ltd., will be giving a presentation titled Marine Lubricant Market Trends – Anticipating Change on March 7, 2019 at 1:40 p.m. “In this talk, we will discuss the marine fuel scenario post-2020 and the compliance options that are available to shippers,” said Tan. “There are uncertainties on the adoption rate for each of the different options. Oronite has developed a whole range of products for whichever compliance option the shipper chooses.”
