San Ramon, California (October 13, 2014) – Bhaskar Mukherjee, Automotive Market Manager, Europe-Africa-Middle East (EAME) Region, Chevron Oronite S.A.S., will be exploring the topic — The Importance of Viscosity Index (VI) Improvers for Rheological Targets in Modern Lubricants — on October 23, 2014 at 3:30 p.m. at the 2014 Annual Congress of the European Lubricants Industry (UEIL).

Mukherjee will be reviewing the rheological properties of lubricants, highlighting the evolution and improvements in certain specific OCP-VI Improvers that meet the developing requirements of engine oils in the market today. His talk will also outline the importance of fuel-economy-based performance lubricant grades and the benefits of selecting high-performance composite and optimized lubricant formulations.

Attracting over 250 industry leaders from around the world, the 2014 UEIL Annual Congress is taking place this year at the InterContinental Hotel in Madrid from October 22-24.
