Petro-Canada Lubricants appoints Navana Petroleum as distributor

Navana Petroleum Limited, which is part of the Navana Group, one of the largest private sector groups in Bangladesh, announced that it is now an authorised distributor of Petro-Canada Lubricants-branded products.

Petro-Canada Lubricants is part of HF Sinclair, formerly known as HollyFrontier. HF Sinclair was established following the acquisition of Sinclair Oil Corp. and Sinclair Transportation Company by HollyFrontier Corporation and Holly Energy Partners, L.P. on March 14, 2022. HF Sinclairโ€™s lubricants business produces specialty products and base oils, marketed under the Petro-Canada Lubricants, Sonneborn, Red Giant Oil and HollyFrontier Specialty Products brands.

The new partnership with Petro-Canada Lubricants will enable Navana Petroleum to provide customers throughout Bangladesh access to the Petro-Canada Lubricants range of lubricants, specialty fluids and greases, including its leading natural gas engine oil SENTRONTM LD 8000.

โ€˜Weโ€™re excited to enter into this new partnership which will allow us to offer the complete range of Petro-Canada Lubricants products to our customers across the country,โ€™ said AKM Zabed, CEO of Navana Petroleum Ltd.

The company emerged from the Islam Group in 1996, which included Navana Limited, the exclusive distributor of Toyota Motor and Hino Motors, and Aftab Automobiles Ltd., which assembled Toyota and Hino vehicles in Bangladesh.
