Shell Malaysia unveils improved version of Shell FuelSave 95

Shell Malaysia has unveiled a new and improved version of Shell FuelSave 95. The fuel can go up to 15 kilometres (km) longer per tank, which is equivalent to crossing the Johor causeway to Singapore 14 times. 

Shell is one of the world’s biggest fuel retailers, with more than 45,000 service stations globally visited by an estimated 30 million customers each day. In Malaysia,  Shell has a network of more than 1,000 stations located across the country.

Our New + Improved Shell FuelSave 95 now lasts up to 15 km longer per tank so our customers can enjoy longer uninterrupted drives per tank,” said Seow Lee Ming, general manager of Mobility, Malaysia.

We want to continue to be our customers’ preferred partner on the road – fuelling them whether it is a drive to work, a weekend grocery trip or a Cuti-Cuti Malaysia road trip with their families and friends.”

More than five years of extensive research and tests by 150 fuel scientists has brought to the introduction of this new generation of main-grade fuel. With its latest formulation, this New + Improved Shell FuelSave 95:

• now lasts up to 15 km longer per tank, so you can drive further.
• provides deeper clean for a cleaner engine – N+I SFS95 with deposit targeting technology deep cleans like never before
• provides improved protection for all engines – N+I SFS95 protects against corrosion and deposit build up
• is designed for new and older technologies – N+I SFS95 protects critical engine parts in old, new, & hybrid engines

During the launch, Shell also launched the ‘Shell FuelSave 95 Challenge 2023’. This is the search for one Malaysian who clocks the best fuel economy with the New + Improved Shell FuelSave 95. The grand finale winner after the nationwide search will receive a cash prize of MYR20,000 (USD4,560).
