Fluitec International has released Infinity Fluids’ new turbine oil (TO) product that is the first of its kind on the market, the company announced.

By effectively removing varnish-producing by-products, Fluitec has created a “pure” turbine oil that can dramatically extend the life of the application, it claimed. Infinity TO eliminates the need for varnish mitigation technology during the life of the turbine oil. Its proprietary additive system was designed to not only capture, but also neutralise, degradation products to avoid forming deposits. It comes with a 10-Year Deposit Control Guarantee that effectively backs the turbine oil for years after integration.

Infinity TO’s performance characteristics were based on results obtained from the following tests: RULER, MPC, RPVOT, Viscosity, Acid Number, Demulsibility, Foam and Metals tests. The test results showed that after 18 weeks of rigorous testing the product, there was virtually no varnish by-product.
