Hydrotex taps Ryder as preferred fuel services partner

Ryder System, Inc. (NYSE:R), a leader in commercial fleet management, dedicated transportation and supply chain solutions, has been selected as a preferred fuel services partner for Hydrotex, through its Ryder Fuel Services division. Hydrotex is a manufacturer of high-performance lubricants, fuel improvers and advanced filtration solutions, based inย Farmers Branch, Texas, U.S.A.

Under this arrangement, Ryder will be the preferred provider of comprehensive tank monitoring and management services for Hydrotex’s Precision Fuel Management and Clean Diesel Fuel Management programs within its customer network.

Ryder provides fuel management programs for fuel inventory, compliance, alarm/service and customised project management solutions, as well as environmental best practices. These programs help Ryder’s customers improve operating efficiencies, reduce costs and minimise negative environmental impacts.

Under this agreement, Ryder will provide Hydrotex a menu of services that include:

  • Enhanced filtration system installation services;
  • Tank inspection services;
  • Tank cleaning services;
  • Dosing system installation services; and
  • Inventory management system installation services.

The Hydrotex Precision Fuel Management and Clean Diesel Fuel Management programs provide a fuel improvement strategy and tactical processes through a national network of fuel jobbers and direct field representatives.
