“I am absolutely delighted to be taking over the role as Chair of the Board from David and to be working with such a strong leadership team led by our Chief Executive, André Lacroix, to continue to build on the growth and success of the business,” Martin said.

“I would like to thank David for the significant contribution he has made to Intertek’s development and growth during his tenure with our Board. We will miss his wise counsel and experience and wish him every success and enjoyment for his future retirement.

“I am looking forward to working with Andy and Jean-Michel in their new roles, together with our non-executive director colleagues, to support the quality, safety and sustainability agenda of our clients with our Total Quality Assurance industry leading solutions,” Lacroix added.
