Chevron and Valvoline obtain new European distribution partners

Oil-products distributor Wissol Group announced that it has become the exclusive importer of Chevron lubricants. The agreement will be signed in Tbilisi, Georgia on April 16.
The company is going to sell the lubricants via its countrywide chain of Vianor service centers. Wissol Group started development of its chain of Autoexpress service centers under the brand name Vianor, a member of Nokian Tires, in November 2012.
Meanwhile, Valvoline International Inc., an affiliate of Ashland Consumer Markets, a commercial unit of Ashland Inc. announced that ENEA Invest Ltd. became an authorized distributor for the complete line of Valvoline high-performance lubricants, automotive chemicals and car care products. ENEA Invest Ltd. will distribute these products in Bulgaria through its main partner Auto Plus Bulgaria JSCo.
“Auto Plus Bulgaria JSCo. is recognized as a leading supplier of premium brands to automotive customers in Bulgaria,” said Blair Boggs, vice president and general manager of Valvoline Europe. “This is an excellent strategic fit for our organization and we are excited to have ENEA Invest Ltd. as a distributor of our high-performance Valvoline products.”
Ashland Consumer Markets is a leading worldwide producer and distributor of premium-branded automotive, commercial and industrial lubricants and car-care products. It markets Valvoline lubricants and automotive chemicals; MaxLife lubricants for cars with higher mileage engines; NextGen motor oil, created with 50% recycled, re-refined oil; SynPower synthetic motor oil; Eagle One automotive appearance products; and antifreeze.
