PetroChina signs supply agreement with China Railway Construction

PetroChina, China’s largest oil and gas producer, announced that it has inked a joint investment and cooperation framework agreement with China Railway Construction. According to the framework agreement, PetroChina will supply gasoline, diesel fuel, asphalt, lube oil and other petrochemical products needed by China Railway Construction at home and abroad, while the latter has committed to be a long-time buyer of such petrochemical products from PetroChina. China Railway Construction ranks as one of the largest infrastructure construction contractors in the world, as well as in China. (August 24, 2009)
