Veedol to distribute lube products within GCC and Levant region

Veedol’s lubricant products will soon be distributed in the entire Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), which includes Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and the Levant region.
The Levant region includes Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, Palestine, Israel, Cyprus, Hatay Province and other parts of southern Turkey, some regions of northwestern Iraq and the Sinai Peninsula.
Veedol International has also opened a global office in the UAE and has appointed Galadari Automobiles as its official distributor in the UAE.
“We are proud to be associated with Galadari Automobiles Co., a trusted name in the industry. Our objective is to re-establish Veedol as the preferred lubricant brand in the region,” Rajendra Ghosal, director, Veedol International, said.
Veedol International General Manager Arun Kumar said the Gulf area is strategically important to Veedol. The company manufactures lubricants in the U.K., the UAE and India.
Tide Water Oil (India) Ltd. owns the Veedol brand, after it acquired the global rights to the Veedol trademark from BP Plc for an undisclosed amount in October 2011.
