Master Fluid Solutions announces new executive appointments
Master Fluid Solutions, a leading marketer of metalworking fluid products based in Perrysburg, Ohio, U.S.A., announced the promotion of Aaron Wright to vice president of Technology to spearhead the global strategic efforts to extend and solidify its leadership position in metalworking fluid innovation and technology.
Master Fluids Solutions continues to invest in the development of state-of- the-art cutting and grinding fluids to surpass their worldwide customers’ ever-increasing needs for more efficient metalworking fluids that deliver exactly what is needed directly to the point of cut.

Recently, Wright has been driving cross functional teams to greatly improve efficiencies in worldwide operational processes. He will manage all of the technology innovation teams throughout the globe to increase Master Fluid Solutions’ speed to bring new technologies to the metalworking marketplace.

Wright joined Master Fluid Solutions in 1997 and has been a key player in shaping the trajectory of Master Fluid Solutions. Throughout his tenure, he has held positions of increasing scope and responsibility including regional and global roles in sales, marketing, technical, business systems, and operations. In each of these positions, he proved himself an effective and capable leader. His previous experience includes the electronics industry, working for both Hewlett-Packard and Foxconn Electronics. Aaron earned a Bachelor of Arts in History, from Hillsdale College.
Master Fluid Solutions also announced the appointment of Anup Hosamani, a results oriented, strategic leader to vice president of Finance. Highly disciplined, Hosamani is a hands-on global financial leader with a proven ability to lead and motivate team members to maximise productivity and deliver results. Most recently, he led the integration of Master Fluid’s newly acquired WEDOLiT brand business. In this role, he managed a diverse and global team to ensure quick and efficient integrations of the new business to incorporate the new brand into the Master Fluid Solutions’ family of strong metalworking fluid brands. Additionally, Hosamani spearheaded converting the new manufacturing location in Düsseldorf, Germany, to become Master’s European manufacturing center.
“As vice president of Finance, Anup will provide global leadership and day-to-day guidance of financial systems and business processes. He will work to align our global finance and business strategies to deliver top and bottom-line growth to the organization,” Lundquist said.
Hosamani’s appointment comes at a time of significant growth for the company, coinciding with Wright’s promotion to global vice president of Technology. These two promotions mark the start of a new chapter for Master Fluid Solutions’ leadership team and their ever advancing mission to innovate and lead the metalworking industry with the most technologically advanced fluids.
Hosamani joined Master Fluid Solutions in 2018 as global operations controller. In this role, Anup had responsibility for instituting best practices in accounting and finance across the global organisation. His past experience includes roles at Parker Hannifin and Precision Castparts Corporation, where he held positions of increased scope and responsibility in technical accounting, SOX compliance, and manufacturing accounting.
Hosamani earned an MS in Accounting from the University of Southern California and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Miami. He holds a CMA certification and has passed all tests of the CPA exam.
