Master Fluid Solutions announced the promotion of Justin Geach to global director of marketing. Geach has worked at Master Fluid Solutions for eight years in various sales and marketing roles. As global director of marketing, he leverages his years of insight to help lead the next phase of growth for the company.

Geach has more than 20 years of industrial experience, from CNC machining and programming to distribution and sales management. He joined the company in 2015 as a district sales manager overseeing multiple territories. In 2020, Geach was promoted to global OEM & business development manager for North America, where he played a pivotal role in helping the company navigate the challenges of the pandemic while focusing on business development initiatives and strategic partnerships. Now, in his new role as global director of marketing, Geach  will be responsible for leading the global marketing team as well as spearheading international marketing strategies and implementing process improvements around the world. He will work closely with all business functions to bring industry-leading metalworking fluid technologies to the market.

His promotion comes as Master Fluid Solutions makes major inroads in the European market with the acquisition of the WEDOLiT™ forming and corrosion protection line of metalworking fluids, as well as significant investment in North America, China and the Asia-Pacific markets.
