ACC Is Going to Initiate a 20MW Industrial Rooftop Solar Project in Xianju after Chinese New Year.

BEIJING, Jan. 26, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — Asia Clean Capital Investment Holdings Limited ("ACC") today announced a 20 megawatt industrial rooftop solar power framework agreement with Xianju Lanwan Medical Industry Town Development Co. LTD.

Under the terms of this Framework Agreement, ACC will set up a wholly foreign-owned enterprise in Xianju, which will develop and construct rooftop photovoltaic power stations for Fortune Global 500 foreign companies and well-known domestic enterprises in Xianju Economic Development Area. The photovoltaic power system will be installed on enterprise's roof and land of idleness, and achieve the integration of new energy and modern medical equipment manufacturing industry. In addition to local investment attraction, it will also create the benefits of energy conservation and emission reduction for the enterprises in the park.

ACC is a leading provider of clean energy solutions and the first wholly foreign-owned enterprise to invest in distributed photovoltaic power stations in China. Its shareholders include IFU, an independent government-owned sovereign wealth fund owned by the Danish government. The first phase of ACC distributed solar project in Xianju is about 10 megawatt, which will be launched after Chinese New Year.
