SINGAPORE, March 1, 2017 /PRNewswire/ — The Board of Directors (the "Board") of EMAS Offshore Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that Mr. Dale Bruce Alberda has resigned as an Independent Director of the Company with effect from 28 February 2017 due to his appointment as the Executive Officer of the Group. The resignation is effective immediately.

Following the aforesaid cessation with effect from 28 February 2017, the new composition and designation of the Board and Board Committees are as follows:
