Jereh Signs Another EPC Contract in Pakistan

YANTAI, China, Feb. 15, 2016 /PRNewswire/ — Jereh Group announced it was awarded an EPC contract from Fauji Foundation, one of the largest energy conglomerates in Pakistan covering power generation, natural gas, oil terminal operations and health care, for feed gas treatment of a power plant. Its success will help boost power generation efficiency and benefit the local area.

For this project, Jereh offers whole services from engineering, procurement to construction and commissioning. It will optimize the existing modules including separation and filtration of feed gas, which can decrease the content of heavy hydrocarbon effectively and also reduce the effect of air pollution. "As the package contractor, we have delivery advantages compared with other companies. Our engineers make a change in operation mode from on-site assembly to in-house pre-skid, which reduces on-site construction time significantly and ensures the high quality delivery," said project manager Mr. Shu.

This project is expected to be completed in July 2016.

The signing of this project is another good practice of Jereh's EPC capability after the first EPC project in December 2015. Under the China-proposed Belt and Road Initiative, more than $250 billion worth of infrastructure projects have been contracted between China and Pakistan. Jereh, as a global oil and gas equipment manufacturer and engineering service company, will continue its efforts to promote more energy cooperation and create better energy future for China-Pakistan Economic Corridor.
