Haltermann Carless opens new US head office
Haltermann Carless has chosen Troy, Michigan, to open their new head office in the US. The expansion will strengthen the company’s position to better serve local customers in the automotive, industrial, pharmaceutical and agricultural sector.
Haltermann Carless, a leading international supplier of high-value hydrocarbon specialties and solvents and a brand of HCS Group, opens a second location in the USA. The new US head office in Troy, MI, will strengthen the company’s’ position to deliver a high level of service and quality product solutions to local customers. “We are proud to steadily expand our footprint in the USA”, says Dr. Uwe Nickel, CEO HCS Group, and adds: “For many years, we experience a continuous demand for our broadened product range in America. Troy is thus the consequent next step for us on our successful growth path after resuming production in Manvel, Texas, in 2015.”
The new head office in the Greater Detroit area will host Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance functions. The proximity to the center of the American automotive industry will allow Haltermann Carless to enhance their presence at leading engine and vehicle manufacturers, OEMs and test and research facilities. The chemical company is worldwide recognized for their test- and reference fuels and plays a leading role in supporting its customers to fulfil challenging testing concepts and emission legislation requirements to reduce carbon emissions.
