Pertamina garners technical partnership with Italy’s Lamborghini

Indonesia’s state-owned oil and gas company, PT Pertamina, announced its technical partnership with Automobili Lamborghini for the Lamborghini Motorsport, which includes the 18-race Lamborghini Super Trofeo in America, Europe, and Asia, including the Sentul circuit in Indonesia and the GT3 Series.

Under this partnership agreement, Pertamina’s Fastron Platinum Racing SAE 10W-60 and Pertamax Racing will be the official lubricants for Automobili Lamborghini in every motorsport event handled by the Lamborghini Squadra Corse team.

Pertamina said this initiative is aligned with its vision to become a world-class energy company and to expand globally.

Under the technical partnership agreement, Fastron Platinum will be the official lubricant in 129 Lamborghini official dealerships around the world.

Fastron Platinum has two variants, Fastron Platinum and Fastron Platinum Racing. Fastron Platinum, with a viscosity grade of 0W-40, is specially designed for premium cars, sports cars, motorsports and racing cars. It has received industry and OEM approvals, including API SN/CF, ACEA A3/B3/B, MB.295.1, BMW LL-01, VW 502 00/505 00, Renault RN 0710/0700, Porsche A40, Opel GM-LL-B-025.

Fastron Platinum Racing, which has a viscosity grade of 10W-60, has industry approval for API SN and ACEA A3/B3/B4.
