Sing Fuels appoints Gerard Milligan as chief of staff

Singapore-based energy trading company Sing Fuels announced the appointment of Gerard Milligan as chief of staff.

Based in Sing Fuels’ Singapore headquarters, Milligan will collaborate closely with the management team on strategic initiatives and to ensure operational efficiency in matters pertaining to people, organisation, and the commercial agenda.

Milligan has more than 20 years of experience with start-up and global organisations, including experience within two of the world’s largest HR solutions companies throughout the UK, Singapore, and Indonesia.  With a background in general management, he brings a wealth of experience in people and operations, sales management, and client development.   In his role as chief of staff, Milligan will be the interlocutor for people, processes, productivity, and projects within Sing Fuels.
