SKF launches advanced battery-driven TLGB 21 grease gun
SKF has unveiled its latest innovation in lubrication technology with the TLGB 21 battery-driven grease gun, designed to improve lubrication efficiency, reduce operational costs, and offer precision for various industrial applications. Ideal for environments in manufacturing, agriculture, and construction, the TLGB 21 incorporates advanced features to ensure reliable lubrication of machinery and bearings.
The TLGB 21 stands out with an integrated grease metre, enabling users to monitor grease dispensing precisely, minimising risks associated with over- and under-lubrication.
This versatile grease gun offers pressures up to 700 bar and a dual-speed adjustable flow rate, catering to varied application needs. Powered by a robust 20V lithium-ion battery, the TLGB 21 dispenses up to 24 grease cartridges on a single charge, with an optional high-capacity battery available to extend output to 40 cartridges.
Additional features include a built-in LED for low-light conditions, ergonomic design for user comfort, and a clear display showing essential data, such as battery charge, pump speed, and grease levels. The TLGB 21 also includes practical elements like a filler nipple for easy refilling, a vent valve to remove trapped air, and a four-jaw coupler for durable connections.
The TLGB 21 is available with SKF grease cartridges compatible with NLGI 2 greases, providing users with options suited to diverse lubrication needs.
