U.S. Lubricants, based in Appleton, Wis., U.S.A., announced the promotion of Tony Springer to industrial channel director.
Springer has nearly 20 years of sales management experience and has worked for U.S. Lubricants for nine years. He was instrumental in expanding product offerings and growing the division’s industrial channel, including achieving his annual growth goals for fiscal 2018 after only five months into the year. Springer has a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire.
In his new role, Springer will oversee the entire industrial lubricants channel from the manufacturing of the products to sales in current markets. He will also take on the role of managing U.S. Lubricant’s lab and spearhead the formulation of new products.
“Tony has a natural skill in connecting with our customers and marketing the value of our products,” said U.S. Lubricants President Bill Renz. “His experience and ability to establish new markets will serve him well in this new role.”
