Valvoline Instant Oil Change, the second largest player in the quick oil change market globally, has secured its position as a customer favourite by earning the 18th spot on Forbes’ “Best Customer Service 2025” list. This achievement also makes it the highest-ranked instant oil change provider on the prestigious list.
The annual Forbes ranking, based on feedback from 181,000 U.S. consumers evaluating more than 3,500 brands, highlights excellence in customer interactions. Valvoline customers rated the company highly, with an impressive 4.7 out of 5-star average score from more than one million surveyed annually.
Laura Carpenter, Valvoline’s chief customer officer, expressed her pride in the recognition, saying, “Every year, we serve millions of guests, and our goal is to deliver the very best customer service with each oil change and preventive maintenance service.
