Valvoline taps Oiltech Lubes Service for Germany, Austria and Switzerland

Valvoline, a business unit of Ashland Inc., has named Oiltech Lubes Service GmbH & Co. KG as sales and logistics business partner for the complete line of Valvoline high-performance lubricants and automotive chemicals in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, effective immediately.

Oiltech Lubes Service GmbH & Co. KG has also been named authorised Tectyl Sales and Logistics business partner in Austria and Switzerland.

Based in Erkrath, near Düsseldorf, Germany, Oiltech is a recognised specialist in the lubricants market, providing strong customer service, application support and logistics expertise to automotive and industrial customers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. With its majority shareholder Mabanol GmbH & Co. KG, Oiltech is part of the holding company Petronord Energie- und Wärmekonzepte GmbH in Hamburg, which is in turn part of the global Marquard & Bahls AG group.

In February 2015, Oiltech started its business partnership Valvoline as authorised partner for Germany.
