U.S.-based automotive lubricant and coolant supplier Old World Industries, LLC has acquired the automotive lighting business of U.S.-based lighting products manufacturer and distributor EiKO Global LLC.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The transaction will bring an expanded portfolio of high-quality automotive and heavy-duty lighting products to Old World Industries customers in more than 50 countries around the world.

Headquartered in Shawnee, Kan., U.S.A., with offices in Canada, China, Europe, Korea and Taiwan, EiKO has participated in the automotive aftermarket segment since 1991, with products including halogen headlamp capsules, HID headlights, miniature lamps, sealed beam sand and other automotive lighting.
