ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Mike Kunselman is the business development manager at the Center for Quality Assurance (CQA), a woman-owned company focused on quality control and licensing programs that help consumers and lubricant users identify and select products meeting stringent technical requirements. Mike leads CQA’s strategic development and implementation of new programs for CQA’s clients such as the International Fluids Consortium (IFC). After earning a B.S.
