EcoClean Advantage Debuts Fast, One-Hour, Liquid-Based DPF Cleaning Machine For Shop Owners and Fleet Operators

Will donate 5,000 meals for every sale to
Feeding Children Everywhere

SANFORD, Fla.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–A new eco-friendly, non-destructive DPF (diesel particulate filter)
cleaning machine cleans a DPF in one hour. Lowers cleaning cost,
increases uptime.

EcoClean
Advantage, LLC
announces the launch of its liquid-based DPF (diesel
particulate filter) cleaning machine that restores a DPF to like-new
condition in under one hour. The automated, computer-guided cleaning
process requires less than five minutes of hands-on operator time per
filter. The patent-pending machine uses a proprietary biodegradable
cleaning agent, filters and reuses water, and separates soot and ash for
recycling.

The
EcoClean machine
(model LHF1002) can be ordered now, starting at
$43,500.00 with a leasing option available, and will be on display
during the 2017 Great American Trucking Show in booth #11020 at the Kay
Bailey Hutchison Convention Center in Dallas, TX, August 24-26.

โ€œOur DPF cleaning machine fulfills the industryโ€™s need for a fast,
economical and non-destructive way to clean DPFs,โ€ said Bryan Case,
General Manager, EcoClean Advantage. โ€œFinally you can clean a DPF in
less time than it takes to change oil or tires, while saving time and
money,” added Case.

The ability to effectively clean and dry a DPF in less than one hour
results in improved efficiency and increased revenue potential for shop
owners, when compared to the standard air-blowing and kiln-baking
method, which takes approximately 13 hours per DPF. In addition, the
EcoClean non-destructive water-cleaning process eliminates the need for
extended kiln-baking at 1350ยฐF, which can cause a DPF to crack
and break.

According to Case, fleets operating their own EcoClean machines will
benefit from significant cost savings when compared to using an outside
DPF cleaning service. Fleets will also gain substantial uptime, and will
save money on fuel thanks to improved fuel efficiency due to more
frequent DPF cleaning. Fleet operators can calculate their savings on http://www.ECleanAdvantage.com/fleets.

As part of its philanthropic initiative, EcoClean Advantage is
partnering with Feeding
Children Everywhere
and will donate 5,000 meals with the purchase of
each machine, plus 10 meals per every filter cleaned by each purchased
machine.
