Two HVAC Veterans Promoted to Service GM at Tozour Energy Systems
KOP-based building automation team promotes internally
KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Tozour Energy Systems, a leading provider of HVAC and building
automation systems, recently announced two promotions within its team.
Marcy Guerra and Tara Leri, both longtime team members, have been
promoted to Service General Manager.
Guerra’s territory is the city of Philadelphia and South Jersey, while
Leri oversees the Pennsylvania suburbs; both individuals now have full
profit-and-loss responsibility for their respective territories. Guerra
and Leri are members of Mechanical Service Contractors of America, and
have completed the MEA Leadership Advantage Certificate Program as well
as the Main Line Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Program.

Marcy Guerra has been on the Tozour team since July 2006,
beginning as a Service Resource Coordinator. Guerra showed continued
dedication and success, resulting in quick advancement during her 11
years at Tozour. She most recently had service operations responsibility
in the Area Service Manager role. As a member of MSCA, Guerra has been
on the Service Managers Committee for three years. She is currently
working toward an MBA from the Fox School of Business at Temple
University.
Tara Leri began her career with Tozour as a Client Service
Representative in August 2011. Leri demonstrated hard work and
achievement during her six years with the company, which resulted in her
being promoted to Area Service Supervisor and then Building Operations
Service Manager. In her new role, Leri will retain Building Operations
Services responsibility in addition to running all aspects of the
service business in her territory.
