Esso Thailand launches Synergy Fuels Technology for all fuel grades
Esso (Thailand) Public Company Limited yesterday announced the launch of its new Synergy Fuel Technology for all fuel grades.
Synergy Fuel Technology was developed to meet the essential needs of both gasoline and diesel engines, with premium fuels in Esso’s quality signature line of Supreme Plus Gasohol 95 and Supreme Plus Diesel providing double protection and 30% better cleaning power to offer an improved level of performance in both acceleration and engine response.
“All our Synergy fuel grades represent ExxonMobil’s latest global fuel technology. We used our cutting-edge innovation to help meet the changing needs of vehicles and consumers. The Synergy Fuels Technology is a new global standard for our fuels. Today’s launch in Thailand is part of our Synergy fuels launch around the globe, with similar launches already held in the Asia-Pacific region including in Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, New Zealand, Guam, Saipan, and New Caledonia. This new additive formula is a step-change innovation for our Esso-branded stations. It is also applied to our premium fuels in Esso’s quality signature line of Supreme Plus Gasohol 95 and Supreme Plus Diesel,” said Yodpong Sutatham, AP marketing programs manager, ExxonMobil Limited.
The Synergy Fuels Technology was developed at the same ExxonMobil Research and Engineering labs used by the Red Bull Formula One Racing Team, and includes dual detergents to clean engine parts such as intake valves. It has been extensively tested to ensure optimum performance.
The Synergy Fuels Technology is now available for gasoline and diesel engines, covering all six key grades of Esso retail fuels in Thailand.
“Synergy Fuels Technology is the ultimate outcome of our investment in technical innovation and the efforts of our research and development team so our customers can get more out of their drives,” said Manoch Munjitjuntra, Esso director and retail sales manager, Esso (Thailand) Public Company Limited. “As an integral part of the new Synergy program, we are also investing in more attractive and brighter service stations to enhance our customers’ overall experience,” he added.
All Esso service stations in Thailand will be converted to the new Synergy look. Currently, 70% of the 617 Esso stations across Thailand have been converted to the new look, providing customers with an enhanced overall station experience. Conversion of the remaining stations will be completed by early 2020.
