Mencast and Purify Fuels sign distribution agreement for fuel additives

Purify Fuels Inc. (PFI) and Mencast Holdings Ltd., a leading, comprehensive shipping services solutions provider for the Offshore, Marine and Oil & Gas industries, announced the execution of an exclusive distribution agreement MOU (Memorandum of Understanding).

Under the MoU, Mencast will distribute PFI’s additive products in Singapore and the ports of Shanghai for three years commencing 1 October 2019.

PFI, a Delaware incorporated company, has developed and is the producer of patented, nanotechnology non-metallic combustion catalysts for diesel applications that are precisely blended for targeted markets including rail, mining, fracking, power generation, military vehicles and marine vessels. The combustion catalysts increase energy harvested from each gram of fuel while reducing PM emissions and soot created by incomplete combustion.

Mencast envisages that its partnership with PFI will create further opportunities for the company to better innovate and expand its business in the region.

Mencast Holdings Ltd. is a regional maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) solutions provider for the global offshore, oil and gas and marine sectors. Headquartered in Singapore, Mencast was successfully listed in June 2008 as the first sponsor-approved listing on Singapore’s SGX Catalist and later became the first such company to transfer to the SGX Mainboard.
