Bodo Möller Chemie Group, a distributor based in Offenbach, Germany, announced that it will support the sales and distribution of resins and performance additives for paints, inks and coatings in Maghreb and the mainly francophone countries in the Northwest of Africa for German chemical company BASF.

The Maghreb region includes Algeria, Libya, Mauritania, Morocco and Tunisia.

Bodo Möller Chemie’s recently inaugurated office and warehouse in Casablanca, Morocco, will serve as its hub into the region.

The Bodo Möller Chemie Group and BASF have been cooperating in various product lines for many years throughout the world. The main focus of this collaboration with BASF is in the area of the Paint, Inks and Coatings Industry, with high quality resins and the proven performance additives product line of BASF. 

With this latest collaboration, the Bodo Möller Chemie Group not only solidifies the long-standing trustful partnership with BASF, but also confirms its commitment as one of the leading distributors of specialty chemicals to invest in the African market and thus strengthen its global position in the coatings sector.
