BMW introduces standardized maintenance service

BMW China has launched standardized maintenance service for Chinese customers, becoming the first luxury carmaker to introduce this service model in the country. According to the company’s announcement, every authorized dealer of BMW in China will provide maintenance services for the same price to all customers. The standardized service will cover 90% of all BMW models sold in China, including the fifth generation of BMW 3 series, the fourth generation of the 5 series and the 7 series and the second generation of the X5 series, which have been equipped with conditional based service (CBS), an evolution of BMW’s standard service indicator system.
