Castrol and Budget Saudi Arabia enter into strategic partnership

Castrol and Budget Rent-a-Car have signed a strategic partnership agreement that will allow Castrol to become the exclusive lubricants supplier to Budget in Saudi Arabia.
“We are very pleased to be signing this agreement with Budget, one of the most trusted car rental companies in the world,” Haitham Badaoui, managing director for Castrol Saudi Arabia, said.
“Our high quality lubricants and solutions will provide Budget’s customers with greater car engine protection, thus bringing peace of mind on the road and a better driving experience,” said Badaoui.
Budget currently has more than 23,000 cars available for rental in the country, and so the process of selecting a lubricant to maximize a car’s longevity and efficiency takes center stage.
Budget has grown from a single rental office in 1978 to 90 rental offices and more than 1,200 employees today, positioning them as the leading car rental company in the country.
