VP Racing Fuels names sales manager for new lubricants business

VP Racing Fuels has announced that its sales manager of lubricants will be Richard Glady. His experience includes 15 years with American Refining Group, during which time he served as vice president – lubricant sales and marketing. He marketed through direct, retail and distributor channels.

“VP Racing Fuels has an outstanding reputation in the racing and high performance market. With VP’s diversification strategy the lubricants sector is a natural extension of their core markets,” said Glady.

VP Racing Fuels is based in San Antonio, Texas, U.S.A. While it has been around since 1975, its entry into the lubricants market is new. VP’s Director of Consumer Products, Bruce Hendel, to whom Glady will be reporting, says that Glady’s extensive lubricant marketing experience will serve the company well in its new, diversified area of focus.

In 2015, VP was named a 2015 “Chain to Watch” by Convenience Store Decisions. While It does not yet operate stations itself, it has license agreements with retailers who use the VP brand and sell VP products in their stations.
