The CapStreet Group Announces the Recapitalization of Marco Group International
- The
CapStreet Group, LLC (“CapStreet”) is pleased to announce the
completion of a majority recapitalization of Marco
Group International (“Marco”), in partnership with members of senior
management.
Family-owned since 1944, Mike Marthens is the third generation to successfully manage the business. Marco is a manufacturer and distributor of surface preparation equipment, parts and supplies to industrial contractors primarily in the downstream energy, infrastructure and industrial markets.

Randy Roth, who joined Marco in 2016 as president and COO, will lead the company as CEO going forward. Prior to joining Marco, Randy served as president of Carboline Company, a manufacturer of high performance coatings, linings and fireproofing products.
