Arxada signs distribution partnership with Univar Solutions in Brazil
Univar Solutions Brasil Ltda., a subsidiary of Univar Solutions LLC and a key player in the global distribution of specialty ingredients and chemicals, announced a distribution partnership with Arxada for a full range of biocides, preservatives, and performance additives used in a variety of industrial applications.
Arxada, a leading global specialty chemicals company formerly known as Lonza Specialty Ingredients (LSI) before rebranding, is based in Basel, Switzerland. Its Material Protection business offers solutions that include antimicrobials, corrosion inhibitors, lubricants, and a variety of other specialty additives.
The collaboration introduces a comprehensive suite of biocides, preservatives, and performance additives to Brazil’s industrial realms, notably in paints, coatings, and lubricants. The alliance is set to redefine the market with solutions that not only meet but exceed the demands for performance and preservation, all while adhering to sustainability principles.
Matthew Oliver, Univar Solutions’ global vice president of Performance Materials, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, highlighting the shift towards sustainable yet high-performing products.
