Amcor Flexibles Americas Raising Prices in Response to Raw Material Cost Increases
BUFFALO GROVE, Ill.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Amcor Flexibles Americas today confirmed price increases for products in
North and South America, triggered by recent spikes in raw material
costs as a result of recent natural disasters and supply chain
disruptions.
Amcor Flexibles Americas has contacted affected customers in the past
two weeks to implement these price adjustments. The increases range from
5-10% in South America, with similar increases also underway in North
America.
“Recent natural disasters have caused resin and other raw material costs
to rise significantly, and we, like our industry peers, are facing
