Phoenix Petroleum enhances auto services with strategic partnerships
Phoenix Petroleum Philippines Inc. is expanding its automotive services by strengthening collaborations with various partners. The company aims to offer enhanced automotive services to a broader customer base.
Autoworx Plus MyCasa, Phoenix Petroleum’s automotive servicing partner, recently entered into a partnership with Etiqa Philippines. This collaboration will provide insurance products, enhancing the range of services available to their clients. Etiqa’s offerings, including e-compulsory third-party liability car insurance (eCTPL), e-comprehensive insurance, and e-travel insurance, will now be accessible at Autoworx Plus MyCasa service centers.
Autoworx Plus MyCasa centers, situated at Phoenix Petroleum service stations in Metro Manila, Philippines, primarily provide quick car care and repair services. These services are delivered by expert technicians either at the shop or the vehicle owner’s residence.
Jay Mujar, Phoenix Petroleum’s assistant vice president for Consumer Business Partnerships, expressed the company’s dedication to expanding Autoworx Plus’s services. He emphasised the importance of collaborating with various brands to bring them closer to their customers. The partnership with MyCasa focuses on home service car care, and the addition of Etiqa Philippines will introduce insurance products and services.
Autoworx Plus MyCasa is Etiqa’s first accredited workshop to adopt a digital process for insurance claims through Merimen. This portal, used by insurance providers and workshops, ensures insurance approvals within 24 hours. As a result, customers experience quicker insurance claims and transparent updates on their vehicles’ servicing status.
Etiqa Philippines, primarily owned by Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia-based Etiqa International Holdings (EIHSB), is an investment holding subsidiary of Malaysia Banking Berhad (Maybank). Additionally, Phoenix Petroleum highlighted Autoworx Plus MyCasa’s partnership with Gulong.ph, a leading online tire marketplace. This platform allows customers to explore and choose tires based on their preferences and budget, eliminating the need to visit multiple physical stores.
