Pakistan State Oil launches fully synthetic diesel engine oil

Pakistan State Oil (PSO) has launched the country’s first fully synthetic diesel engine oil, DEO MAX.

DEO MAX, which meets the specifications of API CK-4 offers longer oil drain interval, enhanced engine protection and reduced emissions.

Rising concerns of the previous category, API CJ-4, from withstanding the aggressive and harsh operating environment of more advanced engines has “created the need for a new, improved and cost-efficient solution,” the company said.

Since its first licensing on December 1, 2016, API CK-4 engine oils “have a proven performance track record confirming its robustness, reliability and economic efficiency. In comparison to its predecessor CJ-4, CK-4 prolongs the oil change interval up to 60%,” according to state-owned Pakistan State Oil.

Revolutionizing the energy landscape in Pakistan, DEO Max is formulated to deliver exceptional performance in modern as well as older heavy diesel engines.

DEO Max is now available nationwide at all PSO retail forecourts, high street lubricant markets, and other retail outlets.
